Parents and guardians are a crucial component of the Bee Me Kidz program and we value their participation and input.

Parents who take part in our Saturday morning program tell us they love the family brunch and the opportunity they have in the Parents Group to laugh, socialize, share ideas, stories and parenting tips, listen to guest speakers about topics ranging from free local resources to health and wellness. They learn about what their children are learning so the concepts and skills can be further developed at home.

In fact, the Parents Group has become a kind of community hub, and many parents form friendships with others in the group that extend beyond the Saturday sessions.

We receive valuable feedback from our Parents Group on the Bee Me Kidz program, the progress their kids are making at home and in school and how the program can be improved. We welcome this feedback because we view parents as partners and collaborators in Bee Me Kidz.
